Is it just Money????

It’s just money….

$200,000. $750,000. $2 Million.

It's just money. So why are people willing to work so hard for it; lie for it; kill for it; even marry Donald Trump for it?

You need an economist to tell you that.

WE ARE MARKETING EXPERT.

We help people get the most money for their house. We do whatever it takes to it (as long as it's ethical and doesn't involve tofu).

For example, you might ask us, "what's the easiest way to make a lot of money when selling your home?"

It's preparation!

Did you know there are real estate agents who claim to be able to sell your house for just 1% commission claiming they can get you more money than anyone else purely because of their superior understanding of technology but won’t invest a second of their time covering the basics and make sure it outcompetes the others?

We don't do that. We're serious about our business.

We sell services that help people, improve their bottom line and really make a difference. We’re real estate professionals. We help people position their home for maximum profit and this is important work that we are proud of.

So, the Big Question is ... can you really just rely on technology to help you sell your home for maximum profit?

Unfortunately, when you need to get your home sold, and when you want to do it on your terms, you're going to have to do it exactly the same the way it was done 100 years ago.

Since the dawn of real estate sales, there has only been one way to convince a buyer to choose your home over the competition: you have to intrigue them, make them excited to see it, make them want to get in their car and drive 10 miles for a visit.

You have to interest a buyer so intently they are compelled to drive to your house and excited to the point where they ask themselves “could this be the one?”.

If they're interested in what they see on pictures, on the internet or in an ad, they'll pay attention long enough to want to take time away from their busy life to see it and make a serious offer.

If we had to list in 5-steps on how to compel a buyer to do just that, it would look like this.

1. Get the buyer's attention with outstanding visuals

2. Build intrigue and excitement with great copy

3. Tell a great story

4. Create desire

5. Strike a deal while interest and desire is at its highest.

Those are The Basics. And it probably sounds obvious to you...

But it's time to move beyond the basics and focus on what selling a house is all about: creating a serious emotional experience for the buyer.

A home captures buyers’ attention because they feel something when they see it. The buyer doesn't dare delay their visit because they are too afraid someone else might snatch it -- they can't procrastinate.

In order to create that kind of interest, you have to find the most exciting and emotionally involving way to present the home in an irresistible way.

If you feel like you should get top dollar for your house, but you are uncertain on how to do it, then call us. We'll help you get there.
